The application process is simple and straightforward.
Follow these steps:
Submit an ENROLLMENT PACKET (along with a $150 non-refundable application fee). Once your forms are submitted, an intake meeting will be scheduled with the Academy Director.
An INTAKE MEETING between parent, student and Academy Director will be held. During this meeting, all parties will discuss the content of the Enrollment Packet, take a tour of the facilities, and further discuss the potential fit of Extreme Academy as your education solution.
Following the intake meeting, acceptance into Extreme Academy will be determined within 48 hours. If your student is accepted to the Academy, you will receive an acceptance letter via email and be expected to respond with a completed REGISTRATION PACKET within 72 hours of receipt.
